Our first Easter in our new house!
We had a great Easter this year, my mother in law sent some beautiful flowers the day before. By 10 am both kids had wanted lunch and to take a nap.... Great for Mom, I got a nap too... around 3:30 we went to Wayne and Danielle's house for dinner. I got to meet her mom and she is so super sweet. We had a great time with dinner and playing in the yard and with the Wii.
When we came home we colored Eggs. Stuart had to work on Easter Sunday so we arranged for the Easter bunny to come later in the evening when Daddy could be there.
Emily and Sam had so much fun coloring the eggs, Poor Sam didn't quite understand when I took them away and put them int he fridge. Poor little man, next year he might.
**Side note** I also painted the kitchen... it was a metallic orange color before, VERY UGLY...
Little man, takes after his Dad, he was in awe of the new pistols he got. Even slept with them last night.

The Easter Egg Hunt!
After we colored the eggs and let them dry in the Friday, we went for an Easter egg hunt in the back yard. Sam had Dinosaur eggs to find, Emily had Flower eggs to find and they each had 22 other eggs both real and filled with candy. Sam was SO excited and Emily ran as fast as her little feet would carry her so she was sure to get more eggs than Sam.
